Repeat these 3 words over and over again. Understanding and implementing these 3 words will greatly increase your traffic. Content is King!! So what is content? Content is the "stuff" on your web page. Lets look at 2 fictional web pages. Guess which one will get ranked higher in the search engines.

~The item name is written in large bold text
~The description is all about Widgets
~Below the item is related links to other types of Widgets

~Links section with other websites that have information on Widgets
Website 2 - Selling Widgets
~The title tag has the word Widget
~No Meta Tags
~The item name is an image not text. Search engines do not read images
~The description has only the size of the widget but does not mention the word widget
~No mention of the word Widget on the rest of the page either which means that the word is only mentioned once....The title tag
Number 2 is using the Standard Yahoo Store. How can you compete with the other guys that are Website #1? You can't. That is why they are #1 in the search engines. HOWEVER with a little bit of tweaking of your RTML templates and taking the time to improve your content, you will quickly move to the #1 spot!!

Add articles to your website! There are many places on the web that you can get free content from. www.goarticles.com is one that has many different types of articles. But they are not the only ones. Better yet, write your own! This will not only help create content for your website but you can also submit your articles for other people to use on their site. In the author information, be sure to include your company name and website information. Make sure that the terms for republishing your article state that they most include author information. Get the idea now? More traffic!
Write descriptive descriptions of your items and always try to ask yourself....What keyword or phrase would I use to find this item in a search engine? Then use those words in the description. You also want to do a little research as well. Look under our Tools Section for free programs and websites to assist you. Using a keyword tool can help you find other words that you may have not considered or thought of.
