Learn 2 Ways To Generate Income From Your Lists So Profits by Keir Smith

How do you build your optin lists?

Do you have some really complicated way of getting people to opt in to your list that only a person with a phD could understand?

If you do then this article isn't for you...

Let me explain....

When I go about the business of building an opt in list, I naturally prefer the simple and easy approach. Call it lazy, call it crazy, I just don't like spending my time in that way. I could be spending my hours on other business building strategies.

But lucky for you, one of those things that I like to spend my time on is writing articles. It's these articles that I write that usually helps build my business, and at the same time it helps you. It's a win win situation the way I see it.

Ok, enough of the blabbering on....

Let's get down to the business of building an opt in list.

I want to share with you 2 quick and easy tips for fattening up that optin list of yours almost overnite.

Tip 1. Product Discounts

This one should really get some attention from you. The idea here is that you would offer your visitors a discount on all the products you sell if they subscribe to your free ezine.

For example, you could say, "Subscribe to our free ezine and get 50% off all of our products."

Another example, "Subscribe to our free ezine and get $10 off our brand new ebook."

Tip 2. Free Advertisements

Have you ever thought about offering your visitors a free advertisement in your free ezine if they subscribe.

For example, you could say "Subscribe to our free ezine and get a no cost ezine ad!

Another example, "Subscribe to our free ezine and get a free classified ad"

That's all it takes. A little nudging, and you can get your prospects to do exactly what you want them to.

Or better yet, offer a bribe. Offer them something that hints at solving a major problem that they might be having.

For example, let's say that you've got a 7 page report that explains how anyone can boost their profits just by understanding the best way to use their emails.

Offer them the free report and the exclusive first copy of a new 10 page report that you will be coming out with in a few short weeks, all just for signing up.

You do create new hot reports on a regular basis don't you?

You say you don't?

Your missing the boat here....a very big one filled to the ceiling with cash at that...

Understand this, your readers want to desperately hear from you...but only if you can help them in some way solve a problem they're having, or help them obtain a desire the want.

If you can do that on regular basis, they'll be beating a path to your door with money in hand waiting to hand it to you.

I think I'm getting ahead of myself here, and I don't want to get to far into creating monthly reports because that's not what this article was originally about, but just keep this small note in mind, that by offering a new hot report to your readers will go a long way towards creating customer loyalty.

But of course, if you like having angry subscribers hanging around on your list, then by all means, go right ahead.
